Setting up a new barn
EquiPortal manager accounts are created with our team so your barn, staff, and billing are set up correctly from day one. It only takes a short onboarding call, and you'll be mapping stalls the same afternoon.
1. Reach out
Tell us about your facility — how many horses, how you board, and who's on your team. Apply for the beta and we'll create your manager account.
2. Map your barn
Sign in on the desktop and lay out your property once: stalls, pastures, arenas, and the horses that live in them. This becomes the single source of truth your whole team shares.
3. Invite your team
Send your grooms, riders, and trainers to the EquiPortal app. Each person signs in and sees only the schedule and tasks their role allows.
4. Run the day
Build your schedule, connect payments, and let board invoices send themselves. From then on, a change at the desk shows up on every phone before the next feed.
